Overview
The Bartercard Cup is SA Rugby's club-based pre-season competition.
The competition is in its sixth year and is positioned to prepare both players and officials for the upcoming 2011 Season home and away series.
The 2011 Bartercard Cup will be held on:
- Friday 11 March
- Saturday 19 April
- Community Rugby Day - Saturday 26 March (Finals)
The 2011 Bartercard Cup will include a Premier Grade and a Reserve Grade competition.
Due to the nature of the knockout competition there can not be a draw, therefore should the result of the match be even at full time the following will take place:
- Periods of 5 minutes sudden death until a winner is determined

Community Rugby Day will commence with a Women's State Trial Match at 10:00am, followed by a Gala Day for Under 7’s, Under 8’s and Under 10’s from 11.25am - 3:00pm on Pitch 2.
