Team Managers have an extremely important role ensuring the successful management of the team and welfare of the players in their care.
The Youth State Rep Managers Role is responsible for the administrative support for their respective team. Liasing with the appointed coaches and RUSA to provide a supportive environment for all involved. You will be obliged to uphold the RUSA Code of Conduct and the organisations values.
Role: A State Team Manager is responsible for the:
- administration and management of the team and
- welfare of all team members at training and competition
