Robbie Deans to headline Adelaide Sevens business lunch
Qantas Wallabies coach Robbie Deans has quickly become a household name in Australia, and was a household name in New Zealand well before he took over the reins of our national team. Now you have the chance to see and hear from Robbie at the 2009 Official International Rugby Sevens Adelaide Business lunch on April 3.
As guest speaker of the third Adelaide Sevens business lunch, Robbie will provide an insight into the world of Rugby coaching and give guests his views on the shortened form of the game.
The lunch is staged by the South Australian Rugby Union, with proceeds going towards junior Rugby development in SA, as well as supporting Variety – the official charity of choice for the International Rugby Sevens Adelaide.
Emceed by Channel Seven’s Mark Soderstrom and held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, just a short stroll from the beautiful Adelaide Oval, patrons will enjoy good food, good wine, loads of Rugby entertainment and entry into the new Friday night session of the Adelaide Sevens that night – with early access into the ground.
Audience numbers doubled from year one to year two of the popular lunch, and year three is shaping up to sell out quickly – so get in early for your tickets.
Tickets are $145 per person (ex gst) and include entry into Adelaide Sevens for the Friday night session or $1,350 (ex gst) for a table of ten. Bookings can be made by calling Mel Summers from SA Rugby on (08) 8232 7101 or mel.summers@sarugby.com.au
