SA Rugby 'Planning for the Season Ahead' training session
Memo 03/11 was sent to all club Secretaries and Presidents this week regarding SA Rugby’s ‘Planning for the Season’ training session for all committee members. It may not have been recieved by all secretaries and presidents due to problems with SA Rugby's emails. Please forward this information onto your club committee members.
The training session will take place at the SA Rugby Office on Wednesday 25 November 2009, from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
The session will provide attendees with a breakdown of the essential planning materials required for the 2010 season, including information on club audits and action plans, strategic planning, budgeting and sponsorship.
Your club will be supplied with a range of templates that will assist in your planning for the season ahead.
The training session will be held simultaneously with the State Representative Program wrap up.
Drinks and nibbles will be provided at the conclusion of the session at approximately 7pm.
We believe it would be worthwhile for the club President and at least one other member from your committee to attend this session. The session will provide your club with information and materials that will not be covered at the annual SA Rugby Conference to be held in February 2010.
