Vale: Doug Firstbrook
It is with great sadness that SA Rugby Union informs the Rugby community that Doug Firstbrook passed away on 31st December 2011.
Doug played Rugby for Old Collegians in the sixties and was a referee. He coached at Roseworth in the nineties, was an honorary member of the Treorchy male choir and was a senior judge on the Crippled Crows Tour to Dublin, Ireland in 1993.
Doug’s son, Giles, is a current member of the Barossa Rams and formerly a member of Old Collegians.
The funeral will being held on Thursday 5 January 2012 at 11.00am at Georges Anglican Church, 21 Cowan Street, Gawler.
