The Union has appointed the following coaching team;

Peter Wilkin (Team Manager), Andrew Fenton (Head Coach) Steve Pepper (Coach).

The Junior Falcons will be working closely with the Black Falcons to help develop the transition between junior rep rugby & senior rep rugby. This year’s program is an exciting opportunity that will also involve a focus on code of conduct, strength & conditioning and nutrition.

To ensure we start to view all players who are deemed to have the correct skill, fitness, and attitude levels to represent South Australia – We invite you to nominate the players who you feel meet these standards and the following criteria-

  • Preferable that players are playing in either First Grade or Reserve Grade Competitions. High performing 2nd year Under 18’s may be considered.
  • Aged between 18 & 21 by September/October of this year.

Nominations may be sent directly to Carl Jones via email carl.jones@sarugby.com.au. Please include player’s full name, preferred position and club.

Nominated players will then be required to attend a team meeting 6.30pm to 7.30pm on 21st June at SA Rugby Offices to discuss the program and understand the costs and commitment required.
